The state anticipates a strong influx of population and has designated the area for high development and has planned and will fund many infrastructure improvements and expansions. From an investment perspective, the areas real estate market is not in its beginning phase but it should be one of the few areas that experiences continued demand and avoid a strong downturn making it still a great opportunity.
