The greater Atlantic City area Atlantic County also ABSECON, ATLANTIC CITY(AC), EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP(EHT), LINWOOD, LONGPORT, MARGATE, NORTHFIELD, PLEASANTVILLE, PORT REPUBLIC, SOMERS POINT, VENTNOR Etc. only minutes away but quite detached form the Gambling Industry hoopla offers an excellent and expanding economy and lifestyle. It is great for commuters and it's outstanding school system helps make it a terrific place for families. The state anticipates a strong influx of population and has designated the area for high development and has planned and will fund many infrastructure improvements and expansions. From an investment perspective, the areas real estate market is not in its beginning phase but it should be one of the few areas that experiences continued demand and avoid a strong downturn making it still a great opportunity.

Unlike Las Vegas, South Florida and other peak areas Atlantic County's PreConstruction opportunities have not been intensely driven by condos. It has large # of single family dwellings and 55+ communities making it more stable year round and generally a less volatile economy. New luxury condominium high rises are planned for the future making Atlantic County a great alternative with less risk.
